I've
been growing with Religious Science since the
mid-1980s knowing this philosophy supports my
innate personal belief that we are all connected
to all in nature and guided by an infinite energy.
I believe in life-long learning, achieving balance
in life, and following one's passion. Along with
serving clients with one-on-one counseling, my
focus is on creating and facilitating workshops
to help others reveal, acknowledge, and find the
comfort and joy that is their own light, purpose,
and truth in life. It is my honor to support you
in your self-discovery!

Over 26 years
ago, I was introduced to a philosophy that was
unfamiliar to me. I was immediately drawn into
the Sunday message. I knew that I had to have
more of whatever was being taught. I found hope;
I found that I had options that I was unaware
I had. I immersed myself in the classwork and
now I've been a Licensed Practitioner for 15 years. This
spiritual organization is a wonderful, safe place
to heal, to learn and to grow. I am committed
to this teaching because it is applicable, practical,
and do-able. It is simple, but not necessarily
easy. This Center is a community of warm, loving
individuals who support one another as we follow
our individual paths. |

I've
been an educator most of my life, formally as
a professor, informally as a public servant, performer,
and parent. But being a Professional Practitioner
is education at its very best. In this role, I
am called to share what really matters: the journey
of living a soulful life. My commitment
as a practitioner is to communicate what I have
learned about living a soulful life as clearly
as possible, to be a healing presence in the lives
of those around me, and to cultivate and focus
my prayer life toward the highest and best vision
in every situation. I believe it is our purpose
on this earth to live as the divine beings we are
in whatever form that takes. And
I believe that this transformation is effected one
soul at a time. As a Professional Practitioner, I
stand ready to cherish each soul's individual
journey, encourage its creative urge, and nurture
the promise of the highest and best for each person. |

I became familiar with Science of Mind teachings
in 1995 and from the first class I took I knew
I had found my spiritual home. Ernest Holmes'
teachings took all my scattered ideas, beliefs
and thoughts and made then into a coherent whole.
And I have kept studying knowing that there is
never an end to the deepening wisdom I receive
everyday from practicing these principles. I became
a Practitioner not only to deepen my own spiritually
but also to be able to work with others to remind
them of their Truth. By working together and supporting
each other we are better able to expand our awareness

I
feel blessed to have become a professional practitioner.
The Center For Spiritual Living is indeed my spiritual
home, the Science of Mind philosophy encompasses
what I have believed for many years. My life has
been very outdoor oriented. I love to ride my
bike, backpack, and grow vegetables in the garden
with my husband Doug. I have always known Spirit
to be in all beings: humans, plants, and animals-
I guess that comes from living close to the earth.
The classes I have taken have given me tools that
I use daily to improve and enhance my daily life.
I feel privileged to serve our spiritual community
as a practitioner.
My goal is to nurture the creative spirit within all
beings and being a practitioner is one of the ways
that I can contribute to this. Please contact me if
I can be of service to you on the spiritual
unfoldment of your journey. |

When,
in my spiritual studies, I came across the writings
of Ernest Holmes and the teachings of Science
of Mind, I knew Id arrived home. What I
read resonated with my soul and Science of Mind
filled in the blanks and fleshed out my understanding
in ways Id have spent the rest of my life
discovering on my own. This lead to a quantum
leap in my life experience and deepened my joy
in study. I took on Dr. Holmes challenge
to prove the Law, and have made that
my lifes quest. Serving my spiritual community
as a Practitioner is a blessing which I cherish.
I have come to learn that the Truth of ourselves
and our world
is the Perfection of God expressing through and as
everything and everyone.
When that Truth escapes you and you get caught up in
the veil of appearances, when you need someone to
hold that Truth in Mind for you until it becomes
clear to you again, come to me and ~ “I’ll
remember for you.” |

Im
an animal lover and I love my Lucy; a Siamese.
Her personality says I am a queen and you
need to respect me. She teaches me that
I, too, am a Queen, or more accurately,
a Divine Spiritual Human/Being. I love the Religious
Science teachings because I want to be responsible
for my life and reap the pleasure of it. I am
a student of philosophy, and I believe people
are mostly good and I like them. I became a Practitioner
because "I want to be the change I wish to
see in the world", but as to where it leads
Im always open to Spirits guidance! |

"know" this Truth also. Namaste. |

Fourteen
years ago I came home to Religious Science. The
Science of Mind teachings offered me continued
spiritual growth as I learned to more fully
integrate them into my daily life. The philosophy
found here has lifted me up and set me on the high
road to a life that is happy, joyous and free. I am
so grateful.
As a Religious Science Practitioner, I am available
for individual counseling and prayer, speaking
engagements and workshop facilitation. I am the
Director of the McKinleyville Science of Mind study
group every Monday evening. We meet to discuss the
teachings of Ernest Holmes and other like-minded
authors. It is a blessing to serve my church
community and to know the Truth for you.
“If one advances confidently in the direction of
his dreams, and endeavors to live the life he has
imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in
common hours.” Henry David Thoreau
